Dear Presidents and Worldchefs Members

You are all aware the congress has been scheduled for Greece this coming September.
Our Statutes and Standing Rules Committee has completed many meetings to review the attached documents.

• Statutes which in short means our "Policy" and will be the key items which you as Presidents will vote on in Greece.
• Standing Rules which short means our "Standard Operating Procedures" which the Board and CD's use to ensure good business governance and protocols are adhered too. You will be asked to vote only once to ratify and accept these.

The purpose of this letter is for you in the next 45 days to discuss these documents at your own Management meeting of your Association to have a full understanding or ask questions.
